After Us is a visual excavation of the post-human era. Framed as a guidebook from a future civilization, the project speculates how memory, media, and silence might narrate what humanity once was. Through minimalist layouts, symmetrical structures, and archival imagery, it constructs a system of visual echoes—quiet fragments waiting to be deciphered.

The cover plays with the words "After" and "Us" across front and back, creating a mirrored typography that reads like language artifacts excavated in reverse. This format sets the tone: quiet, archival, observational.

Visual Index

Fragments cataloged. Meaning uncertain. This grid functions as an archival index—images collected and arranged by a civilization trying to reconstruct what we once were. The collage logic reflects how memory survives: not as coherent narrative, but as scattered traces.

Main Pages

The interior layout applies cinematic symmetry and horizontal sequencing, inspired by film credits and archival documentation. Full-bleed images and structured columns build toward a silent climax. The gradual tonal shift from color to monochrome mimics a fading cultural memory.

Posters, Billboards and Postcards

These public-facing artifacts extend the book's typographic logic into monumental scale. The grid and mirrored forms translate from page to street, amplifying the exhibition's meditative tone in public space.
